“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”

“The room was clean and bed comfortable. What we appreciated the most was the accommodation being on the bottom floor and near the exit door because of what we had to being in from the car of an overnight stay”

“Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”

“One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. ”

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”
