“While there was a mix up at check in, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. We had checked in at 2:30 pm, however, we didn't have time to actually go to our room as we needed to get to the wrestling tournament. When we arrived back to motel at 9:30, our keys didn't work. Turns out we never actually got checked all the way into the system and our room was rented to someone else. Took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I appreciate them going out of their way to make it right! The rest...

“Breakfast was good, but steam trays were empty or nearly empty and the server was slow to fill and not really friendly. Trays were filled after a while, however, and we were able to fill our plates with alternate options in the meantime.”

“This hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, rooms were clean. The only thing we noticed was the pool and spa looked like the needed filtered better. You could see things floating in the water. ”
