“Room did not have an operating shower or sink!! I took pictures of it to document it and hotel lied about it and said it WAS operational. Do NOT STAY HERE!!”

“The hotel served its purpose since I wanted something walking distance to RJ Stadium; but if you're wanting luxury, this is not the place. The staff was great and very accommodating. My room was upstairs and I needed to carry my luggage up 1 flight of stairs--so be prepared. The rooms did not have any of the extras (blow dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner) but did have a decent size mini fridge and you could get some of the extras from the front desk. My AC worked but...

“The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial.”

“The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty.”

“El personal fue muy amable. Fuimos a este hotel por la cercanía al Raymond James Stadium. Cuandonregresamos del concierto, nos regalaron botellas de agua, muy amablemente. El desayuno es sencillo pero delicioso, salchichas, huevo, waffles, pero todo espectacular. El café , delicioso. La localizacion, increíble. Me sorprende que a pesar de la cercanía con el aeropuerto no hubo ruido”
