“The staff went above and beyond! Decorations and greetings were tailored to the event that I was attending. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!”

“The water was cut off to the entire hotel without any warning while I was showering; when mentioned at checkout, staff said it had only been off for 10 minutes while it was at least already off for an hour. The bathroom was a hazard with broken tile pieces. ”

“This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...

“The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty.”
