“Excellent staff and hotel. I decided to stay at this property after staying at others in the past. The Intercontinental is by far the nicest in Dhaka, with excellent service and different food options. I also used the spa, gym, and pool which I also found to be excellent. ”

“I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested.”

“I have probably never had better value for money. Friendly, helpful and well dressed staff. Newspaper slid under the door every morning. Better than expected breakfast. Sort of colonial style hotel only few kilometers away from the sights of old Dhaka. I would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!”
