The property was very outdated and not clean. Upon booking, we were asked to personally transfer a deposit, which would later be adjusted based on water and electricity usage.
During our stay, we contacted customer service for help locating the water meter, as we were unable to find it. This was never properly resolved, which made it impossible to provide accurate readings.
After check-out, we were informed that the final invoice would be shared and that any remaining deposit would be refunded within 21 days. It has now been one month, and we still have not received any invoice, update, or refund.
You also need to bring your own bed linen and towels, which was not clearly communicated in advance.
Customer service was very unresponsive overall.
Additionally, the heating in the kitchen was left on by default, which is quite contradictory if guests are being charged separately for energy usage.
Overall, not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend staying here.
