“The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. “There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. ”

“Would not go back if our lives depended on it. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to the main venues and many restaurants. However, the staff was not friendly. No welcome was extended at anytime during our stay. We had to switch rooms multiple times. The first time was due to the room smelling like a cigar lounge. The second time was due to the room having no heat, in the middle of a Midwest winter! We were forced to stay in...
