“The property was clean and modern and my room was quiet and adequately appointed. However, I was very disappointed that a hot premium coffee was only available for a fee. I am an avid traveler (ie. U.S., Central & South America, Europe and Africa.)In every hotel that I have stayed, fresh hot coffee has been available without a charge. In this Marriott Envoy (Cleveland) there was a small coffee maker with coffee pods, sugar and powdered creamer in the room. Considering the total room cost...

“Clean”

“The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. Customer service was definitely not a priority and I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked for a copy of my invoice. If I ever visit the Cleveland area again, I will not be staying at this hotel.”

“My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. “This place was beautiful. Lobby amazing, bar was nice, right next to the ballpark (go Guards), and easy access to public transit. Highly recommend. Great value too!”

“Beautiful hotel! Small problem with check-in that the staff handled well once brought up. Only Downside is the pool room air was "sauna like" which made it tough to sit and watch the kids. Had to sit by the entrance door with it open. 2 other parents joined us as they thought it was unbearable too.”
