“Awesome staff”

“The elevator did not work, the ice machine did not work, one of the two keys to the room did not work and the tv remote was low on battery. I likely would have left this to myself but a neighbor was up to 3:00 am and then back up at 7:00 am making noise in front of our room and playing the piano at 7:45 am keeping us awake. The place is in a great area and the parking lot was very helpful.”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”

“The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, with a visible ring inside the bowl that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower had a similar issue. The door handles were covered in grime, and I even saw a cockroach in the room. The bedding had crusty residue on it as well. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, I checked out a day early. I was also charged for drinks I did not purchase at the bar, including additional items that were not mine. Parking was ok....
