“The check in was easy, the room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom and bath products. My partner said 'that was probably the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa junkie lol!) INCREDIBLE from the customer service to the treatments. The pool is lovely and a great resort like experience in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Wonderful on every level.”
