“Completely blown away by how dumpy the property is. We were upgraded to a room that was decent but friend and family that we were staying with rooms were disgusting and dirty. Carpets were stain walls had damage just felt like a dive motel. For the amount of money that they charge I can’t believe people still come here. We won’t be back so many other hot springs to visit in BC with much better amenities and friendlier staff. It honestly felt like everyone in the town was under paid and made you...

“Can make your own waffles for breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and warm. Rooms clean and very quiet. Nice blinds to keep room dark at night. ”

“The pool and water slide were great. The breakfast was perfect and very friendly woman running it. Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone.”
