“Barely any parking and expected to park 2km away from the hotel, bathroom was dirty and ceilings stained also room had a bad smell”

“The room was flooded. There was hair on the floor, mold on the ceiling fan, the floor was soaking wet, ceiling tiles were falling out of the ceiling, phone was broken, air conditioner was falling out of the window… This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!”
