“The room was acceptable enough. The hotel itself is run down and needs a complete reno. But inorder to access the hotsprings you have to stay at this resort. We make the best of it and focus on the relaxation of the pools. The beds are comfy and its quiet at night. The staff are.always friendly and helpful and often go out of their way to help make your stay memorable and comfortable. Its very family friendly and also accepts pets in some rooms. “Extremely clean, amazing location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little cafe under the Hotel open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, food for dinner and breakfast was so good. Icecream shop next door and right across the road from the water. I will definitely be back.”

“For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future.”
