“This was our second stay at this resort. Both times we have ended up in older rooms, and the age really showed this trip. The carpets were filthy, the shower was moldy, and the room in general was just in rough shape. The lounge staff were great, food prices were reasonable, and the hot springs pools are what you go for, and they were great. Just disappointing to end up in room in such poor condition.”

“I love this hotel, I have stayed here many times over the years and since they renovated it's even nicer. It has everything you need two comfortable queen beds a table with two comfy chairs and a functional little kitchenette, it also has a fireplace and a desk. I usually get the lake view deluxe room, totaly worth it as it has a nice size balcony overlooking the lake with 4 comfy chairs and a table, love sitting there in the morning having my coffee.
