“Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. He went over & above & we were very appreciative of that.
