“Do not book the "heritage" rooms available on Expedia. The heritage rooms aren't just out of date and "quaint", they are musty, very loud, and really uncomfortable. The hot spring pools are nice, but the hallways are gross with carpets that seem like they never get cleaned well enough and the premium you pay for these rooms and resort fee do not really make up for it. If you want a place where kids can be as loud and unruly as they want this is the spot for you. The less-old west wing facing...

“The motel looks very old from the exterior but the rooms are modern and very nice. The bathroom was nice. There is no view really even though we were facing the mountain due to other buildings and on the top floor. The staff were very helpful when the the original room assigned by Expedia did not match the listing. The location is excellent! Lots of places around and it is on the lake!!”
