“Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel are very kind. But the hotel is in a state of disrepair. In our room, there were holes in the walls, scuff marks everywhere, mold spots growing on the ceiling above the shower, the carpets were stained, bedding was stained, curtains were stained, the ceiling tiles were crumbling... it was just gross. The outlets were also overloaded, the central air wasn't working so they had brought in a portable A/C (fine) but it also had an error...
