“SPA in the hotel’s name is misleading to first time Hot Springs visitors. It’s just a motel. First impression was a dirty office, I had to ask to check the room first. It was clean, bright and the bed was heavenly. Parking lot is pretty small, not ideal for trucks. They charge $15/night extra for parking and it’s first come, first serve. In the fine print it says $5/night with Expedia for parking. They charge GST-PST AND Hotel Tax fees on the pet deposit, as a separate payment from the room,...
