“The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

“Wed 7/8/26 the indoor hot tub was just "bath tub warm". Thu morning I explained to front desk Kim and she said she would let the engineer know. After breakfast when we entered the indoor hot tub, it was back to normal, hot temperature. We always stay in the HB because we enjoy the architecture and ambience. “Extremely clean, amazing location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little cafe under the Hotel open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, food for dinner and breakfast was so good. Icecream shop next door and right across the road from the water. I will definitely be back.”

“For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future.”

“This was the cutest little cottage! Although it is pretty tiny…or cozy is a better description; there was nothing missing, no detail forgotten, in this little cabin. It was in immaculate condition, & the grounds are well tended to. Theres plenty of places to relax: in loungers, the tree swing, a hammock, & the hot tub! It was a very comfortable stay.”
