“Friendly staff and very clean place”

“This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels....

“Floors are all stained. Leak stained walls. Rooms were soo hot. Turned temp down and still no change. Very dirty windows and ledges. ”

“Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though”

“The hotel was great but it is located in a rough part of town. My kids and I saw many homeless people when we were walking around close to the property.”

“Our room was spacious, spotless & had a remarkably comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the coffee/Tea station is excellent too. Highly recommend it.”
