“I like everything in the hotel, the view was incredible, except no doorman. When I arrive to the hotel at 7pm Friday there was nobody at the door or vale or anybody in the visible part of the foe. I parked the car in front of the entry to check if I am in correct place. The entry doors are sensing to open less then a feet. So if you are walking fast you may crash in to the doors. However, the hotel is amazing regardless the issues I have mentioned. I would return”

“29階のクラブラウンジアクセスルームでしたが、まず浴室がセパレートされていなく、ドアのすぐ近くに浴槽がありました．またエアコンディショナーの音が爆音で眠れるような状態ではなかったで、やむを得ず27階の部屋に変えてもらいましたが、こちらは浴槽はパーティションがあるものの､やはりエアコンディショナーの音はさらにうるさい．29階もこの階もエアコンディショナーの送風強度はコントローラーで低くしても全く変わらないのが不思議でした（実際27階では修理の人が来ましたが、改善できず諦めて帰りました）．仕方なくまた部屋を変えてもらい、25階に移動．ここは比較的静かで送風の強弱も可能であり、就眠が可能でした．上記の29，27階の部屋は､やはりエアコンディショナーが故障だったとしか思えません． またクラブラウンジは、サービスして下さる人の対応は良かったのですが、何分食べるものも少なく、特に朝食は料理の種類が少なかったので、翌日は3階の通常の朝食会場に変更しました． 昨年はTsubaki...

“ホスピタリティが素晴らしいホテルでした。シルバーウィークに滞在したのでタイミングがよく様々なアクティビティが用意されていてとても楽しかったです。 プールも綺麗で海も近く、タオル、マリンシューズとライフジャケットの無料レンタルは助かりました。 夫と2人でハネムーンでしたが、大人だけでも子供がいても楽しめると思います。 スタッフの皆さんも優しく、日本語が使える方も多かったです！ロビーのカフェのコーヒーも最高です♪ 洗濯機は一回五ドル、電子レンジはロビーにありました。 またグアムに行く時は利用したいです！！”

“Enjoyed our stay. Liked the fact they had a coin laundry area on the 2nd floor, very affordable. All staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were nice and cold. Balcony faced the waterpack which was nice. Overall had a great time.”
