“The bathroom needs upgrading..”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, but could use updating, walls, bathroom tub. Overall had a great stay with no problems.”

“Gym not do good”

“There was a big dead roach in the room. I asked to be cleaned and all they did was pick up the roach. They never came to clean the room. There were old food and drinks in the room, I’m guessing it was from previous guest. The only good thing is that it had a fridge and microwave.”

“Hotel smells…..”

“Very unclean. There was a massive stain on the bed, Food on the bed frame, stains on the walls, and the floors were horrible.”

“The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The pool was small and crowded. There was some kind of school party there with 10 kids. I don't know if they stayed at the hotel or rented the pool. It was hard to find a place to sit.”

“Our room was comfortable and quiet, except for the mini split. The unit was somewhat noisy when it periodically ran during the night. However the cooling was needed because the Las Cruces weather is getting hotter. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was well above average with a few hot items. Overall we’d stay here again with no hesitation.”

“Tutto perfetto, eccellente la colazione, wifi, mw, piscina ...nulla da dire su nulla. Non riuscivo a far partire il condizionatore e sono intervenuti istantaneamente, spiegandomi come funzionava. Ci tornerei senz'altro. ”

“Qualità inferiore rispetto al Fairfield sempre della catena Marriott. Camera pulita, purtroppo molto rumoroso manca l’insonorizzazione. Colazione scarsa, il personale non faceva il riassortimento”
