“The bathroom needs upgrading..”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, but could use updating, walls, bathroom tub. Overall had a great stay with no problems.”

“Room was not very clean, AC did not get very cold. Huge potholes in lot. Staff were very nice. ”

“The pool was not working and was not advertised before we made the booking. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty, the cleanliness of the room was poor overall. Had a hard time getting the room keys to work, I asked the staff several times for replacement but no luck. The morning breakfast included old fruit.”

“There was a big dead roach in the room. I asked to be cleaned and all they did was pick up the roach. They never came to clean the room. There were old food and drinks in the room, I’m guessing it was from previous guest. The only good thing is that it had a fridge and microwave.”

“Very unclean. There was a massive stain on the bed, Food on the bed frame, stains on the walls, and the floors were horrible.”

“This property has Las Cruces flair, was extremely clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The restaurant had indoor and outdoor patio seating where we enjoyed a live band, too!!! The pool and hot tub snuggled into the property ‘gardens’ made it feel more resort-like than a hotel! A true relaxing get away!”
