“We recently stayed at Hotel Cezaria in Naxos and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. “Standouts: The staff and amenities were superb! The manager was always quick to respond and accommodate requests. Zozo was the hotel attendant and she was so sweet and engaging and making sure you had everything you needed. The amenities are not often seen in hotel rooms. Spazi un po' stretti e doccia migliorabile.”
