The essence of Pure Sea comes alive in its breathtaking 240-degree uninterrupted views, the deep blue horizon, the whitewashed village and twinkling lights of Agios Nikolaos, and the soothing rhythm of waves breaking below.
Two swimming pools crafted with exclusive Rajasthan marble mirror the shifting colors of the sea throughout the day, creating a seamless, almost dreamlike infinity effect. Scattered seating areas at varying levels along the coastline invite you to pause, breathe, and take in a panorama that changes with every hour.
The 400m2 exterior of Pure C Estate is centered around two private pools. The first, a 25-meter infinity masterpiece filled with gently salted water, is designed both for relaxation and for swimming laps. Built entirely from marble and equipped with stair access, it reaches a depth of 1.5 meters and can be heated upon request. Around it, youll find five double built-in daybeds, plush poofs, bean bag loungers, a poolside shower, and an outdoor WC. For younger guests, the childrens pool offers a joyful escape, measuring 15 x 4 meters, just 0.5 meters deep, and filled with the same skin-friendly salty water.
Outdoor dining becomes a memorable ritual with a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and charcoal BBQ, perfectly positioned for easy access to the kitchen. Architectural elements extend naturally, offering shade for the dining area.
The terraces are dotted with intimate corners, places to rest, sip, laugh, and simply be. A shaded bar equipped with four stools, a sink, and a mini-fridge keeps refreshing drinks within reach. Nearby, a cozy firepit seating area draws you in as evening falls. The Ground Floor forms the heart of the home, seamlessly combining the main living room, the kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. A wide, continuous opening in the living area blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, creating an airy space that flows effortlessly onto the sea-facing terraces.
Inside, a built-in corner sofa, leather loungers, coffee tables, and a wooden wall-mounted wine rack bring understated elegance and comfort to the space. The open-plan layout, combined with unobstructed sea views, gives the impression of spending the entire day outdoors while still enjoying the warmth and coziness of the home. Sonos speakers further enhance the ambiance, delivering exceptional sound both indoors and out.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Liebherr wine cooling display, an island with induction hobs and an integrated extractor, and high-end built-in appliances. It also connects directly to the outdoor BBQ, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. A separate pantry room adds convenience with a second refrigerator and KitchenAid equipment.
Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for your absolute comfort, featuring premium COCO-MAT mattresses, individually controlled air conditioning, and open closets. The bathrooms are stocked with BioAroma products, and plush bathrobes and slippers are provided, ensuring a complete and indulgent self-care experience.
