The interior of the villa is thoughtfully designed, featuring a harmonious blend of earthy tones that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen ideal for culinary enthusiasts, alongside a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends. Furthermore a cosy corner sofa with a 40 inch Smart HD TV complete the living room area.

Kera Koxare Luxury Villa comes with two well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be effortlessly combined to create a spacious king-size bed. Each room is equipped with an open closet, a smart TV, and an air conditioning unit, providing modern conveniences and a relaxing atmosphere. The villa features a modern bathroom with shower and complementary toiletries.

The villa’s highlight is its exquisite outdoor space.
This space features a stunning swimming pool surrounded by elegant sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a refreshing dip. Furthermore the spacious patio offers a shaded area with a large dining table and chairs and BBQ facilities which create the perfect setting for alfresco cooking and dining. A sitting area is available next to the pool too, ideal for relaxing and admiring the spectacular views of the surrounding area. The gardens which surround the villa are landscaped with the use of natural stones.
Additionally the pool can be heated with an extra daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
For the convenience of guests, the villa is equipped with an outdoor shower, and it offers private parking spaces as well.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, the villa uses eco-friendly technologies — including a saltwater electrolysis system for pool cleaning, reducing the need for harsh chemicals and ensuring a healthier swimming experience.
