Welcome to Metatulia Villa 8, a modern two-storey holiday home with a private pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by the peaceful landscape of southern Crete. Located close to the traditional village of Sellia and within easy reach of Souda Beach and Plakias, the villa combines privacy, comfortable indoor spaces and inviting outdoor areas with beautiful views.



The Property:



Metatulia Villa 8 is arranged over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.



On the ground floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living space combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV. The sofa can also be used as a bed for one additional guest.Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, together with a separate shower and WC.



The upper floor features the second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.



One of the highlights of this level is the beautiful private veranda, furnished with a comfortable outdoor seating area and featuring a private jacuzzi. It is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.



Outdoor Areas & Private Pool:



Outdoor living is an important part of the experience at Metatulia Villa 8.

The villa features a private swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 3 metres, complemented by sun loungers and comfortable areas for relaxing under the Cretan sun.



The ground-floor outdoor area includes a furnished outdoor dining space, comfortable seating and BBQ facilities, creating an inviting setting for breakfast, leisurely lunches or evening meals outdoors.

An outdoor shower and private parking are also available.

Souda Beach is approximately 1.3 km away, providing a beautiful setting for swimming and relaxing by the sea. The popular seaside village of Plakias is around 4.5 km away, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and its long beach.



The traditional hillside village of Sellia is also nearby, known for its authentic Cretan atmosphere, local tavernas and beautiful panoramic views towards the south Cretan Sea.



The wider area is ideal for exploring the distinctive landscape of southern Crete, with beautiful beaches, traditional villages, scenic routes and impressive natural surroundings all within easy reach. A car is recommended for exploring the area.
