The 186m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the and tied in harmony with the environment. Located in the picturesque village of Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches. The Villa makes a great choice for guests who cherish fine quality while being close to the beach.
Porti Aphrodite 1 is an eco-friendly villa as it is equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.


Layout
Ground Floor?
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen, and indoor dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 Smart HDTV with Netflix App, a Bluetooth speaker, and a coffee table. Next to the living room, youll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday. ?
The ground level features a bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 43" TV, a closet, and direct access to the pool area. The ground-floor bedroom is constructed to meet the needs of guests with mobility restrictions. Finally, there is a WC on the ground level.


First Floor
The first floor features three bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with double sink and standalone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet, and a private balcony with mountain view.
- Bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, Air conditioning, 43" TV, and closet
- Bedroom with two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, 43" TV, open closet, and a private balcony with mountain views.
Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company "NEF NEF" and anatomical mattresses of "COCOMAT" made of 100% natural materials. In the bathrooms, you will find personal hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, while in the bedrooms, there are sheets, duvets, blankets, and bathrobes.


Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
