Spanning 260 sq. m., Villa Mayeia is designed to host up to 13 guests, 10 of the guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms spread across two autonomous buildings. Additional guests can be accommodated with 1 built in sofa bed in bedroom 4 & 1 sofa chair in bedroom 5 and a rollaway bed.

Set on a 400 sq. m. property, the villa’s outdoor areas are there to maximize your vacation:
• Two Eco-Friendly Pools: A 3,70 x 8, 35 sq. m. heated pool (1.5m deep) and a 2.8x9, 25 sq. m. pool (0,40 - 1,30) with shallow area perfect for a dip with the little ones.
• The heating of the pools is upon request is available at an additional cost of €60 per each pool per day, with a one-week advance notice required. The use of pool heating is available only for entire booking period.
• Relaxation Areas: Luxury loungers, bean bag chairs, and pergola-shaded dining for 12.
• Rooftop Sauna & Terraces: Stunning spots to enjoy the sunsets or unwind under the stars.
Available relaxing furnishings are: 3 sun beds, 4 luxury beds, 4 poufs, 1 chaise longue, 2 chairs and 1 double bed placed on the roof of the 2 bedroom
• Electric BBQ grills for your culinary adventures.
• Private Parking: Space for up to four vehicles.
• Villa Mayeia offers a baby cot & high chair on request.

• As part of our commitment to sustainability, a Climate Crisis Resilience Charge is required: €15 per night from March to October

- Crete has quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily

- No smoking inside the property outdoor smoking is permitted provided safety precautions are adhered to and the proper usage of ashtrays

- No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises and or hosting of guests not part of the group staying, unless with the owners approval
