“This was a great location close enough to the center of town to walk, but nice and quiet at the hotel. I missed my flight and needed to let them know, getting in touch was a bit challenging, but it all worked out. Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. They held my luggage for 8 days, arranged transportation, etc. I would stay here again.”

“The staff were really helpful and kind, helping me to arrange things with minimal Spanish. The only challenge was the even with the hot water tap turned up full, the water was still too cold to shower in. My arrival was late at night so the hotel may have run out with other rooms having showers before me.”

“Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.”

“It is a budget hotel thru and thru. There is only wi-fi in the lobby. No wifi in the rooms. They only provide face towels. So bring your own towels is a must.”

“No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

“We had a confirmation for our booking, but even by showing them our email from Expedia they left us without a room. Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! So, we have been left on the street... Not really a service you would expect from a 3 star hotel! ”
