“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”

“Loved the bathtub! That was beautiful! The staff were nice, shops nearby, and good food spots too. Loved it!”

“It's good place to stay .”
