“It was a special request where I requested for a comp upgrade because of special occasion, the told me they are sold out but still selling room in website. Been to lot of 5 star properties got disappointed this one. Stay was wonderful, breakfast was great.”

“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”
