Welcome to your 1,900 sq ft playground — where adulting takes a backseat and fun moves to the front row!

Pull into the circular driveway (yes, no one has to back out awkwardly), and step inside a home that’s built for comfort and amusement. You’ll find:

Living room – Seating for eight (bring your extra friends), a large smart TV for movie nights or sporting marathons, and magnetic Scrabble because board games never go out of style.

Kitchen – A well-stocked, shiny new space with granite countertops (seriously, too many to list). A Keurig Duo coffee maker for drip or pod lovers, a hot water kettle, a French-door fridge, a new air-fryer oven, a crock-pot, a blender — basically, if you can make it in a kitchen you can make it here.

Bedrooms & baths –
First Floor:
• Bedroom 1 (King bed, 45″ smart TV, blackout curtains)
• Bedroom 2 (Queen bed, 45″ smart TV)
Bathroom between them with full bathtub/shower, stocked toiletries, towels, hair-dryer, and yes – extra toothbrushes and paster for when you “accidentally” forget something.

2nd Floor:
• Bedroom 3 (Queen, brand new ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and shampoo/conditioner and soap)
• Bedroom 4 (Two twins, smart TV, desk for whatever you want to do besides work)

First Floor Laundry & kids’ corner – Washer/dryer + detergent/softener so you don’t pack “enough clothes for life.” Iron/ironing board. Pack-n-Play. A selection of children’s books, blocks, crayons, games … for when “screen time” needs a break.

Backyard – Fully fenced (pets welcome), with a fire-pit + chairs, a swing, and the legend: The Caddy Shack. Not climate-controlled yet, but with the giant garage door open + front door open = breezy fun zone. Inside: arcade game, darts, a soft-golf-swing target, cornhole, giant Connect 4, bucket golf, picnic tables (regular + kid sized) AND disc golf. Because why choose one game when you can pick a dozen?

Bonus – Bring your four-legged friends. They’ll love roaming the yard almost as much as you will love the fire-pit stories.
