this unit is in the back block .1 of 5 units.
We supply a complimentary starter kit and treats.

⫸This unit is a 2 bedroom and fully air-conditioned.
The living area has a kitchenette, 55 inch Smart T.V, with a lounges that turns into a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.

⫸We supply a complimentary starter kit, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper 2 rolls, salt and pepper, just to make your stay even easier.

The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 4 guests allowed.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties.
PARKING: street park only.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish to be littered on property or deck.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.

Place was absolutely great, myself and a friend stayed and enjoyed the nightlife. Only down side was the lady who came to clean the next morning. what happened was my friend had a little too much to drink and tried to clean the two glasses we used as it says in rules, we need to clean which is understandable. While he was doing so he balanced the glasses on a plate and dropped them on the floor and it broke, we looked for a broom to sweep up but there was none. I told him to leave it as is as I did not want him cutting his hands open. At exactly 10am the lady cleaning the place just walked in no knocking nothing I said good morning to her but no reply. She started her conversation by saying your card was declined and by the looks of it you broke everything, I explained to her what happened, and she well sweep it up I then explained again there is nothing to use to sweep it up. She then gave me the phone to talk to the owner to find out about what happened about the card being declined. As I was traveling out the country my bank maybe thought it's a fraudulent charge. I spoke to the owner via phone call she was super nice, and I gave her another card to use I told the owner about the glasses, and she said that's fine no problem at all. Like I said the lady via the phone call was amazing but the lady who just walked in to clean good learn some manners and customer service as she was super rude. But overall, the place is great has aircon in all the rooms and is clean.
