Situated overlooking the Coral Sea Marina Resort, Shingley Beach and the famous Bicentennial boardwalk, you can enjoy a short stroll to Cannonvale Beach or head to the heart of the action via the picturesque lagoon to the vibrant main street. Which offers numerous restaurants, cafes and retail outlets, not to mention the famous attractions and nightlife Airlie Beach has to offer.
Featuring zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans, this single level holiday home provides plenty of space for the large family or couples of all ages - catering for the young of age to the young at heart.
Offering 4 bedrooms, ensuite with bath and substantial walk in robe to main, all rooms are fitted with queen beds and built in robes. Plus there is an additional hidden queen bed in the media room if required.
Enjoy the Coral Sea views to the islands beyond while preparing breakfast in the well appointed fully equipped kitchen which features twin ovens, gas cook top, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser, plus lets not forget the coffee machine. This kitchen is sure to impress the entire family or the master chef.
This holiday home offers open plan living and dining areas where you can open the doors and enjoy the natural sea breeze. All this complements the perfect entertaining space where you can unwind after a busy day out exploring the Whitsundays. Enjoy a swim in the undercover in ground mineral pool or take advantage of the BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area, all while relaxing on the sun lounges whilst enjoying your favourite cocktail.
Simply chill in the large media room equipped with 85 inch television and Dolby digital surround sound system. Offering free Wifi, Netflix and gaming console, this area will keep the whole family entertained.
In addition there is a 4 car garage that can fit a boat or caravan up to 10 metres long x 3.6 metres high and the flat driveway can easily accommodate an additional 10 vehicles which is located at the end of a cul de sac providing easy access to manoeuvre around. So whether you fly in or drive we have the room for you.
This property is fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, you will be delighted with the many inclusions offered making you feel right at home during your stay in the beautiful Whitsundays

We had a fantastic stay at One Airlie. It was luxurious for our family of five and could comfortably fit two families. It was spotlessly clean, and is in a great location close to town a don’t eg marinas. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we return to Airlie.

First impressions count, and this property did not disappoint! The whole family was blown away with the presentation and amenities provided. Stunning views. Great pooland bbq area to relax and enjoy time together. The location was ideal, close to main street and port/marina. Highly recommend for a family getaway!!

House was very spacious clean and tidy.We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. It had everything you could possibly need.Pool area fully covered made for entertaining anytime of the day no need to worry about the weather as it was fully roofed. Stunning views. Excellent media room. A big plus we were able to park cars out of the elements.

Beautiful home, very well set up with everything you would need, clean and organised. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk into town and to the Marina although some steep hills to deal with and a busy road to cross to get to the Marina.

First impressions were grate, until the oven blew then the sewerage started flowing down the footpath stinking out the room, there is no hot tub as advertised then the owners proceeded to charge us $125 after the stay because they can’t count towels so 1000% do not recommend this place and no WiFi and pretty sure they have a service blocker in the house

9 Adults stayed, we loved it. We have re booked for same time next year, it was that good. It wss abit further from town than we initially thought. Highly recommend though.

The property was incredible. Everything we needed was supplied, with a starter pack of necessities. The house was beautiful, with plenty of room for all of our family. A lovely surprise to have the Christmas tree already there, with special surprises for the kids. Thank you Kim for sharing your property with us.

Our stay at 1 Airlie was one we will never forget. Kim was so accomodating, and we had everything we could have ever needed at our disposal whilst holidaying as a family with a toddler. The home is absolutely stunning, with unmatched views. We were very sad to leave, and wish we could have stayed and enjoyed it for longer.

Kim’s property was as described! She was very helpful and checked in via msg to make sure we had what we needed. The home had everything like pool towel, bbq supplies, pool toys, board games, PS4 and many more!! I would definitely recommend this home to others and will be coming back if I visit Whitsundays again! Thanks Kim!

Beautifully maintained luxury home, with plenty of space to spread out. The bbq/pool area is an entertainers dream. The whole house lay out is super functional and great for a large family. We only wished that we had booked for a week instead of 4 nights. Hoping to be back next year. Thank you again!
