“The beds were way too hard it left me hurting for days. They did not provide a do not disturb sign and then came into my room when I asked them not to housekeep. Every time I left the hotel and returned my key did not work and the staff was rude about giving me new keys. OVER ALL THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WITH HOUSEKEEPING AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I NEEDED A NEW KEY WHEN THEY KEPT CANCELLING MY ROOM KEY ON A 4 DAY STAY I HAD TO GET A TOTAL OF ^ DIFFERENT CKEY...

“I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS...
