Hotel vicino a Airline Plaza - Baton Rouge

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Room was really clean. The pool needs to be maintained. It was ok but there was a large amount of leaves and bug. Have a skinner out so people can do a quick once over if it bothers them. Super nice staff.”

“The reason we booked this hotel so our grandson could swim in the indoor pool and eat breakfast and both were broken and our room was very dirty and outdated”

“This property is a stain on Marriott. Visited here with family. Carpet and floor is so dirty and grimy, I can bet it's not been cleaned in over a year. Lights broken. Main door was loose. The final blow was that the shower drain wasn't working and the water backed up until the tub line. Absolutely disgusting. That led to a room change -- exact same set of problems. Staff really don't care. Cherry on top: went to breakfast with kid @ 9:00 am -- CLOSED. Supposed to be open until 10 as it...

“Room was great , ac was cold bed was comfy and everything was very clean . The Man that runs the place went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was just a quick overnight stop but it was nice . Thanks ”

“Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips.”
