Hotel vicino a Prairieville Crossing - Baton Rouge

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Room was really clean. The pool needs to be maintained. It was ok but there was a large amount of leaves and bug. Have a skinner out so people can do a quick once over if it bothers them. Super nice staff.”

“The reason we booked this hotel so our grandson could swim in the indoor pool and eat breakfast and both were broken and our room was very dirty and outdated”

“Staff was super polite and helpful upon checking and check out. Breakfast attendant was so sweet and welcoming. Breakfast had a variety of options and everything was fresh, hot and ready.”

“This property is a stain on Marriott. Visited here with family. Carpet and floor is so dirty and grimy, I can bet it's not been cleaned in over a year. Lights broken. Main door was loose. The final blow was that the shower drain wasn't working and the water backed up until the tub line. Absolutely disgusting. That led to a room change -- exact same set of problems. Staff really don't care. Cherry on top: went to breakfast with kid @ 9:00 am -- CLOSED. Supposed to be open until 10 as it...

“Clean, spacious room. Bed was very comfy. Loved the rroom-darkening window shades. Con: Did not like the alarm clock with time showing on 3 sides of the clock😩”
