“Great stay for a great price! The hotel was spotless and quiet despite its location near the freeway. Our check-in experience with Tkono (I am pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong and my sincere apologies) was fantastic - we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the lobby and we appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness. “Hotel did not match the photos or expectations set on Expedia. Room was dark, outdated, and had a musty odor. The carpet was old and unclean, and overall the property is worn down and poorly maintained.
The AC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there is a freight train directly behind the hotel, loud enough that the hotel provides guest rooms with ear plugs!
The bed was overly soft and dingy. There was only a rough sheet and an extremely thin cover that barely functioned...
