We had a great stay at this clean, spacious and convenient property. Highly recommended it for anyone that prefers a larger accommodation over a local hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am writing this review to warn everyone so you don't go through the disaster we experienced. When we booked this room, the listing clearly stated "Sleeps 4". We arrived as a family of four—two adults and two young children. However, upon check-in, the host ridiculously claimed that we had "two extra people" and demanded we pay additional fees on the spot. How does a family of four exceed a capacity listed for four?! To make matters worse, as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by both sides of full A4 sheets packed with dense rules listing endless ways to fine guests. Fining you for using the dishwasher? Fining you for checking in a bit early? The list goes on and on. If you are going to nickel-and-dime guests and make them feel uncomfortable over every little thing, why are you even running a rental business? This ruined our mood and ruined our trip. If you are considering staying here: DO NOT BOOK. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else!

We’ll definitely be back guaranteed. Could have been more towels though. 1 towel each is not enough. Couldn’t control the air conditioning ourselves was an issue, but was still ok. We didn’t want to be a bother to you🙂 Maybe better non stick pans as these were terrible. Like I said, was a pleasurable stay.😊

What an absolutely pleasurable stay. Even the snowstorm and the help offered made it feel extra special, and I’m truly grateful you shared your place with me, I’m already looking forward to coming back. For anyone considering this rental:- The location is central and convenient for getting around.- The home is very clean, comfortable, and well cared for.- The hosts are friendly, responsive, and communicate clearly before and during your stay.If you’re looking for a spot that’s central, clean, and hosted by people who truly communicate and care, this place is a real gem.

Clear instructions with information card. Wonderful facility and super clean. What we liked: - Cleared walkway down to the suite with ample lighting - Large shower with double sinks and shower jets - Soft towels - Bench/mats by the door - Garbage station - Large eat in island - Lots of outlets (wished some have built in USB) - Under counter mood lights Opportunity to improve: Reduce really early morning of persons walking with shoes on upstairs Clear high bulky snow banks for easier parking especially in winter conditions Will definitely return in the future when need accommodations in Ajax area.
