“The elevator closest to our room was broken. That is not really anyones fault but the room we were given was as far away as possible from the second elevator. It took us a long time to get in and out of the room each time. The desk clerk was apologetic but it just took up a bunch of our time as it is a quite large hotel. We are in our 70's which makes it even harder. Old folks should get the more convenient rooms. ”

“The rooms were very clean. The ac worked very well, keeping us cool and quiet when running. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The luggage carts were clean, well maintained and available in 2 sizes. Breakfast was fresh, with a decent selection of eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, waffles and beverages. The rooms were quiet. ”
