Hotel a Ak-Chin Indian Community

“From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests...

“So I guess the property just opened four weeks ago, so it was new everything was new and extremely clean . The breakfast was great . The kids loved it.Everything was really really nice . If we plan on going to the area we would definitely stay there again. The beds were extremely comfortable and we’ve been to our share of hotels. I think these beds were out favorite. We were surrounded by restaurants, and shopping. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with everything.”

“The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.”

“The breakfast was very limited. No protein was available, except small yogurt. Bed was very comfortable.”

“Mold in the bathroom tub, super mushy mattresses.”

“The staff of 1 was helpful when needed. Room was clean with no issues however, there was no television remote in the room, no ironing board, no iron. Beds were very low to the floor yet comfortable. There was a kitchen but no equipment should I had wanted to cook. No coffee pot, cups, only two small plastic cups in the bathroom.”

“The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal.”
