“The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

“This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The place is immaculate from the public areas to the pool area to the rooms. The staff are courteous, competent, and attentive. I have stayed in hotels which were much more expensive and not nearly as well managed and pleasant to stay in.
