“Every time I used the stairs there was fresh cigarette smoke lingering around. I am asthmatic and this smoke triggers episodes. The key cards did not work half the times. This was brought to the attention of staff and they were very nonchalant about it. I had stayed there two prior times and it just got worse every time”
