“While I visited the pool area, there were no towels provided and no lounge chairs to lay in. There were regular chairs available though. Also, when utilizing the elevator after going to the pool area, I had gotten stuck between floors briefly. The staff had told me that they just got the elevator fixed. Apparently not well enough. “The staff were great!! The breakfast was very nice and the eating space was large. It was so nice to have a kitchen to prepare small meals in. Would definitely stay there again.”

“No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that.”

“There is a $2 per day linen fee without daily housekeeping. That's right, they dont come change your sheets or clean your room but you will be charged $2 per day. If you want clean sheets and towels you must go to lobby to get them yourself. If you don't want clean ones, you still have to pay $2 per day. They don't disclose this at reservation. We had to fight for a 3rd towel for our 3rd room guest. No coffee stirers at coffee station nor napkins.”

“Quick stay for ASU graduation. Really pleasant staff. Easy checkin! Room was clean and very comfortable. More amenities than we needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was decent. If we ever needed a hotel in Tempe again, first choice.”

“Between the sanitary issues, the exhaust fumes in the room, and the indifferent attitude from the staff, this was a highly disappointing experience. I expect a much higher standard from the Hilton brand and this hotel and staff are absolutely poor.”
