Appartamenti a Scottsdale

“Nice, brand new place! Only gripe I have is that its a good walk from parking to get to the room.”

“We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open.”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

“While the location is close to downtown, our overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to major maintenance failures and poor customer service. • Access & First Impressions: Entry to the building is off to the side through dirt and rocks. Inside, there were strange, crusty spots on the carpet that we had to actively walk around. • Amenities: None of the three bathrooms had hand towels-the half bath had no towels whatsoever. Additionally, one of the shower doors was...

“All good”

“Have rented with this company several times and my most recent experience was not up to standard; damaged and unclean unit. I was then charged for missing items I did not even touch during my stay.”

“Great location, great space. Will be back!”

“Great communication with host, clean and excellent location. ”

“Checkin process was terrible. I haven’t spent this much effort for any checkin. The link they sent just didn’t work and they were asking me to send stuff over text, claimed to not receive. Was a headache going back and forth. Once you get there, super hard to find the unit. No building numbers, no clear directions.”

“Great location and the property was clean as advertised. Would stay again anytime in Scottsdale.”

“one of the best places I stayed at new/ renovated washer / dryer in unit prompt responses from host”

“Awesome spot with great decor at a good price!”

“Having reliable WiFi helped me finish my work smoothly. A hairdryer added to the convenience of little things provided in the room.”

“The property is located in a perfect spot for accessing Old Town activities and shopping. I've stayed on the other side of Scottsdale Dr and this location was much quieter and felt more family oriented. It was ideal for our trip.”
