“So, our tastes are simple. We need sun, quiet, not too rough, not too lavish. We got exactly that with our stay. Clean single bedroom condo with good shower, laundry, and sunning area. Groceries near by, trails within walking distance, if you're fit. Wish pool was heated though, and tv quit on final evening. Not too big of a deal, all in all. Good stay for the money.”

“Nice room, clean soft sheets, nice cookware set. Only downside was that street parking was usually full and sometimes had to park down the block.”

“Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, great idea if you have pet to go for a walk. I don't like the floor much since it's cement but not others. The restroom is a little small and the sofa is small also, the sofa is not the same as the picture. ”

“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but...

“This is a very well equipped and clean apartment in a great centrally located location. Both a grocery store and restaurants are a short walking distance, a rarity in Phoenix. The host was very responsive and helpful.”

“Host had good communication and room was very clean. The one downside was parking I would say it would be very good for someone who is using an uber but if you bring your own car it’s very hard to find parking especially at night. ”
