“We recently stayed at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa for five nights. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, several aspects of the resort experience were disappointing given the price point. The biggest issue was valet service. On multiple occasions, we texted 20+ minutes ahead requesting our vehicle, but it still was not ready when we arrived. This happened the majority of the time during our stay. “We loved the size of the condo that we were in. Kitchen worked great for our family of 4 as did the living and dining room areas. The outdoor patio was nice along with the gate that we could use to access the pool and amenities. It was nice to have the 'green belt' at the back of the condo and it was a very quite experience.
