Resort e hotel con spa in Arizona

“I had a wonderful stay, the facility was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The meals were very healthy and there were lots of choices.”

“The report was quiet, clean, and updated. The only issues encountered was that the USB and electrical outlets on the nightstand did not work. We did get the ones on the alarm clock to work after we pulled out the night stand and plugged it in, but the other outlets did not work. The refrigerator was also defrosting and leaked throughout our stay. We did not request housekeeping as that is our preference. The only thing that could have been kept nicer/cleaner was the balcony and balcony...

“Great stay”

“Great family Resort in the desert .”

“The grounds were nice and well maintained. The rooms felt a little dated. We had drinks at the bar and breakfast was good. Coffee was never hot enough. The waitress brought refills , but I think carafe didn’t maintain heat of the coffee.”

“Even though the facility is old, it is very well maintained, clean, and spacious if traveling with family; there is also a kitchen on premises. Most importantly, the staff is very caring, honest and friendly. I forgot an expensive hoodie in the room, and afterwards they contacted me and sent it back to me.”

“Expedia should have told me that the whole hotel was basically under construction before i was able to book a non refundable stay. Expedia needs to give me points in exchange for a misleading booking.”

“The JW Marriott was clean and nice but I don't love the decor - a bit outdated. Otherwise the stay was good - just my personal opinion.”
