“Great stay! The floor was a little dirty prior. ”

“I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance.”

“No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that.”

“The rooms are very clean. The rooms are very well furnished. The pool was clean and extremely refreshing.”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

The apartment itself would have been perfect for our 25 day stay but for the fact that the dryer did not work and the landlord did nothing about it despite almost 10 message exchanges and phone calls. So we had to lay our clothes all around the living room to dry.
