“the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. “Stayed for a week for ASU graduation. It was close enough to Tempe but without the huge crowds of Tempe. LOTS of shopping & restaurants within a 2 mile drive. Loved having a full kitchen and a washer & dryer in the unit, especially after my husband & 3 kids went ATV'ing in the desert!! Great location, clean & roomy for our family of 5.”

“Amazing service. The resort is definitely a 5 star. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great at all the restaurants especially the steak house. The pools were so big and lots of bars available. The spa is a 5 star! My wife had a facial and I had a massage.. one of the best ever. Highly recommend”
