“It was a great place to stay”

“The stay was ok…shower was very narrow only 1 person can fit at a time, toilet paper holder was broken. No robe or slippers when we 1st arrived in our room. We had to call and they brought them. A bunch of extra fees that added up as we did the couples retreat and put it on the room instead of buying it at the moment. Pool side very basic with basic furniture that actually was a bit uncomfortable after 15 minutes of laying down. The people were amazing and helpful, but we will probably not go...

“I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. I’m sure it had something to do with maintenance but again I booked this hotel specifically because of how beautiful it was. The fountains didn’t fill up and turn back on until the day we left. “Absolutely stunning resort. Everything was always clean and presentable. Rooms were modern and super clean. Multiple pools to enjoy including a hot tub. Food was amazing. I could not think of a better way to improve this place as everything was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality!”
