“The listing said that parking was NOT available at the property . I called to confirm and they told me that it is a private garage that is part of the building and costs $24/night . Luckily I called and asked . I had a rental car and needed parking . If I hadn’t callled , then I would have passed on the property because I needed parking . I literally reserved the property 30 minutes before I arrived . They send you a link that you have to complete . It’s like a check in type...

“I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.”

“3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. ”

“You definitely get what you pay for. Hotel smells like, dog, cigarettes, pot, bad cleaner on whatever they use in the hotel. There was work done in the room but was either done quickly or for cheep. Bathroom fixtures all practically falling off, bathtub could not take a bath as no stopper. King room was end of hall nice that it was away from noise of other rooms but noise of traffic was insane.
