“Such a fantastic stay! The location is perfect — steps away from great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is spotless, with beautifully modern decor that feels both stylish and welcoming. The staff were so sweet and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. It felt cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
The only letdown was the breakfast. The selection was limited, overpriced, and unfortunately everything tasted stale.”

“We really enjoyed our time at Mountain Shadows Resort and would come back again. We booked a double Queen premium room with a pool facing balcony. The room felt modern and the windows were a beautiful design feature. The location of our room within the property was perfect. The rooms were clean and well appointed, but we missed having a fridge in the room and there were no ice machines available in the building. I understand resorts aren’t DIY friendly and are meant to be more full service, but...

“The room was very nice -lots of space, with nice separation for traveling with kids. There’s a bedroom, bath and vanity slightly separated, and then a sitting room with tv and desk.
We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave (there was a good coffee setup), or room service. All food options close at 9 pm or earlier.
We didn’t mind the reno construction work. It wasn’t very loud. Kids get up early anyway, and the courtyards and outdoor pool were open and gorgeous.
