“The hotel was really clean, in a great area, the staff was helpful and nice, the breakfast was really good, and they gave complimentary drinks during happy hour. The unique experience was the room had a balcony that over looked the pool, golf course, and view of the hills. Only note or criticism that I would let the hotel know about would be the bartenders didn’t seem too thrilled about being there. “Our villa was clean and spacious (minus the mosquitoes, could have been handled better) with a well stocked kitchen and towels/pillows etc. The pools are fun and totally added to our experience. “I ordered a room refresh, light cleaning, but they didn't do it. Forgot some personal items in one of the dresser drawers. I called the hotel the same day I checked out to let them know. Called the next day and they were not able to tell me if they found them. Called again and they told me they were going to ask housekeeping. Same story as the day before. That makes you wonder how well they clean the rooms.”
