“Very clean and they did let me check in 2 hours early. However, I paid extra for the king bed, Mountain View balcony room and instead looked at rooftops and the loud pool. If you turned your body to the left, you could see the mountains. When I called them to let them know there was a mistake, I was told this room counted and since I booked through a third party- Expedia- I would have to pay more if I wanted an upgrade. I explained that I only wanted what I already paid extra for- no upgrade and...

“Rooms were up to date and very clean. Smelled very fresh. Very well kept property. Quiet calm and clean neighborhood. You could simply walk to food, coffee or drinks in any direction. It was a great stay! I travel a lot. And stay in several hotels. And this one definitely left an impression on me.”

“The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. The sun is hot as expected for July in Phoenix but we still enjoyed our time. Only negatives were the pool towels, bed pillows, and mattress. The rooms and areas are well kept, all staff were kind and helpful. I’ve never woke up with back pain like I did and the pillows were not as I would expect for such a nice property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“It was just ok. I like that you have your own kitchen and separate bedrooms but the pools definitely could've been better maintained. The water was a bit murky and they should definitely update their pool chairs. Bring your own pillow because theirs are awful.”

“Nice property with great location. The ground level villa we were in was like a small apartment. You have a kitchen (table with 4 chairs, two burner stove, coffee maker, full size fridge with ice maker in the freezer, small sink and microwave), bathroom, bedroom, living room and patio. It was nice for us to whip up a quick breakfast and coffee and enjoy either on the patio or at the dining table inside. Or we could walk (or quick drive) to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarters for any meals...
