Hotel vicino a Scottsdale Quarter - Phoenix

“The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. I didn’t even mind paying $10 for overnight parking.”

“Having a full kitchen was really nice as well as the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.”

“Room was clean”

“Staff was great”

“The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels.”

“Expedia should have told me that the whole hotel was basically under construction before i was able to book a non refundable stay. Expedia needs to give me points in exchange for a misleading booking.”

“All around a great place to stay for the price, thanks again.”

“Third stay with this Club. Staff from front dest, maintenance, bar/restaurant are excellent. Very helpful in getting a room that accommodated my wife’s limitations. Could not have been better.”

“It is a small apartment but it was enough room for 3 people. It is away from the main hotel.”

“great place”

“The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

“The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

“We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.”

“L' hotel e' a dir poco fantastico. La location rende la struttura incantevole, nel cuore della natura dell' Arizona. Personale cordiale e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Camere spaziose e dotate di ogni tipo di comfort.”
