“Staff were very helpful and the beds were clean. However, one of our rooms was missing a microwave and the other had a broken microwave. Cleanliness of the rooms were not great as we found a pile of chips behind the bed, the floors were sticky and there were ants in the bathroom. We did use the pool but the hot tubs were not working and you had to pay $5/per person to use the slide. Overall the price was low so you get what you pay for.”

“Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.”

“The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking.
