“I personally thought the room smelled... I guess had a weird smell to it. I first thought urine? My son said no. Especially in the restroom. Paint maybe? IDK. I just didn't like it.”

“Check-in was quick. After we got to our room, I appreciated the phone call to make sure everything was what we expected. Our pool waiter Nathan on Fri 6/12 in the adult area was outstanding! So personable and attentive to my husband and me. I noticed he was always moving, checking in on everyone. We also enjoyed the gentleman with Maggie the owl at breakfast on Fri 6/12. Such a wonderful surprise and to see other families with little ones become fascinated with her was promising. Next time...

“Stayed 6 nights, hotel was clean and friendly. Breakfast was decent.Not a major thing but a little on the down side, was you have to ask the front desk for the house keeping to refresh your room.
