“Staff were very helpful and the beds were clean. However, one of our rooms was missing a microwave and the other had a broken microwave. Cleanliness of the rooms were not great as we found a pile of chips behind the bed, the floors were sticky and there were ants in the bathroom. We did use the pool but the hot tubs were not working and you had to pay $5/per person to use the slide. Overall the price was low so you get what you pay for.”

Staff members are courteous and genuinely kind. Room decor is modern and cozy, excellent as a first timer to visit Scottsdale.”

“Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.”

“Clean, simple, easy check-in, nice to have a breakfast bar option. They charge for parking which is kind of insane in this area as it’s an area full of strip malls, not downtown. They said it’s because they don’t own the parking lot. It was $10 overnight but more just the concept. ”

“The room was spacious but not clean. Socks came up dirty after walking on the floors for a few minutes. Carpet and bathroom floors were dirty. We purchased Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom floors. Filth came off on wipes. ”

Only complaint paid extra for a room with a patio - not worth it. Views if a construction site & eye level with the adjacent street. Terrible design. ”
