“Pushy sales staff with the time share crap.. won't take no for an answer. For the top greetings from the front desk, feels very fake and forced. Room is adequate but dated.. ugly carpet.. not impressed.”

“Nice location and mostly helpful staff. The breakfast was a bit strange: no potatoes, limited fresh fruit and not as good as most other Marriott properties - I have over 1000 nights at Marriott under my belt. The toilet backed up and there was no maintenance staff on duty - best they could do was to drop off a plunger for us to use.”

“The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels.”

“Our family enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Our boys also played billiards, pickle ball, used the putting green and outdoor checkers, and the arcade was a favorite. The full kitchen in our suite was really handy. We enjoyed being on the north side of Scottsdale and the wonderful view of the mountains. We had a fantastic stay!”

“The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird.
