“Room was clean”

“great place”

“The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. “The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

“We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.”

“L' hotel e' a dir poco fantastico. La location rende la struttura incantevole, nel cuore della natura dell' Arizona. Personale cordiale e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Camere spaziose e dotate di ogni tipo di comfort.”

“Second visit this year Kitchen oven was broke both times same unit With a broken dishwasher to added to the kitchen experience”

“Camera pulita. Il personale ha rispettato le nostre richieste e ci ha fatto trovare in camera un pensiero (avevamo comunicato fosse il nostro viaggio di nozze) molto apprezzato (Grazie).”

“Very convenient and enjoyable location”

“The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. I didn’t even mind paying $10 for overnight parking.”

“Ottimo, pulito, comodo e in posizione tranquilla. Consigliato!”
