“The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. The kitchenette, however, was essentially NON-functional and lacked basic equipment, raising the...

“Nice and quiet ”

“Good value for the price, room was pretty clean and bed was good, place is under renovations and alot of construction going on. A little tricky to find the entrance look for the Potbellies and turn immediately ”

“The room was clean, kitchen and sleeping area. The ceiling in the shower was damaged from an apparent leak from the room above. The most annoying thing were the thin walls and ceilings. I could hear the foot steps and voices from the room next door and above. ”

We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

“The hotel was good - convenient location for golfers. Food and service at the restaurant were great. Hotel & restaurant staff friendly & professional. Only complaint paid extra for a room with a patio - not worth it. Views if a construction site & eye level with the adjacent street. Terrible design. ”
